Wibmer, Wilkinson Tabbed CAA Men’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – William Wibmer and James Wilkinson have been named CAA Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
Wibmer and Wilkinson recorded a 2-0 mark at No. 1 doubles as Delaware extended its winning streak by beating Boston University (6-1) and Bryant (5-2). The Blue Hens' tandem clinched the doubles point against Boston University by edging Alejandro Licea and Dion Loutas, 7-6 (1). They also helped the Blue Hens sweep the doubles competition vs. Bryant with a 6-4 win over Jean-Christophe Baril and Marcus Macaulay. Wibmer also added two singles victories and Wilkinson split his matches last week.
Delaware returns to action on Friday at noon as Monmouth comes to Delcastle Tennis Center.
