Rowing Announces 2024 Spring Schedule

NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware rowing has announced its schedule for the 2024 season, which consists of eight races.
Delaware will race against Saint Joseph's on March 9 at Schuylkill River in Pennsylvania for its first race of the season. They will head to the Doc Hosea Invitational on March 30 at Cooper River in New Jersey.
The Blue Hens have three races in April, beginning on April 6 at Temple against at Schuylkill River. Delaware returns to Cooper River to compete in the Knecht Cup on April 13 and 14. They wrap up the month at Occoquan River in Virginia on April 21 at the Mason Invite.Â
Delaware travels to Fairfield, Conn. to compete in the Sacred Heart Invite on May 4. Their final regular season meet will be on May 10 and 11 at the Dad Vail Regatta at Cooper River. The CAA Championships are scheduled for May 17 and 18 at Cooper River.Â
Delaware finished in third place at the CAA Championships in 2023, which included third-place finishes in the varsity eight finals, second varsity eight finals, and third varsity eight finals.Â
