Men’s Basketball to Host Pair of Top Teams in CAA

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware men's basketball team returns home for two-straight games with Charleston on Thursday at 7 p.m. and Drexel on Monday 6:30 p.m. Thursday's game will be the annual blackout game, so fans are encouraged to wear black. Monday's game will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network.

ABOUT THE HENS

Delaware enters Thursday's game tied for fourth place in the CAA with a 9-5 record and is 17-10 overall.
The Blue Hens are 1-1 in their last two games, as they fell to Elon 73-67 on Thursday and defeated North Carolina A&T on Saturday 62-54.
Gerald Drumgoole Jr. has scored 20 or more points in three of his last four games with a season-high 24 points against Elon.

Brzovic also leads the Cougars in both rebounds per game (6.5) and assists per game (2.4).

The Dragons square off against Hofstra on Thursday and enter that game tied with UNCW for second in the CAA at 10-4. They are 17-10 overall.
The Dragons enter their game with Hofstra winners of their last two, defeating the Pride 79-77 and Campbell 81-66.
Justin Moore and Amari Williams are the only two Drexel players averaging double figures at 12.2 and 12.0 ppg, respectively.
The Dragons are seventh in the CAA in scoring, averaging 72.9 ppg, but are second in points allowed at 65.4 for the second best scoring margin at +7.5.
Drexel's defense leads the league in opponents' field goal percentage at .407, team defensive rebounds at 27.9, and rebounding margin at +8.6.
