Rowing to Hold Open Tryouts

NEWARK, Del. - University of Delaware Rowing will hold open tryouts for walk-on athletes during the 2024 fall semester.Â
No prior rowing or coxswain experience is necessary to join the team. UD students (regardless of their year) who have a competitive athletic background are encouraged to come to one of the information sessions to learn more about this opportunity.
Information sessions will be held on Tuesday, August 27Â at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, August 28Â at 3:00 PM, and Friday, August 30 at 2:00 PM. All sessions will meet on The Green on UD's main campus.Â
Interested students should fill out the interest form and/or contact Amy Hildebrandt at ahildeb@udel.edu.Â
