Women's Soccer Moves Up in Regional Poll

NEWARK, Del. – For the sixth week in a row, the University of Delaware women's soccer program is ranked in the south region of the United Soccer Coaches Association, the league announced on Tuesday.
The Fightin' Blue Hens enter this week's poll ranked seventh, moving up one spot from last week.
Delaware won both of its home contests this week. The Blue Hens defeated Jacksonville State 2-0 on Thursday and Kennesaw State 4-0 on Sunday. Brooke Vogel and Gabby Riley combined to score five of the six goals this weekend.
UD is joined by Conference USA foe Liberty (No. 4), Middle Tennessee State (No. 9) FIU (No. 10) in the regional poll. Click here to view the national and regional poll.
UP NEXT
Delaware hosts Liberty on Sunday, October 19 at Grant Stadium at noon. It will be their final home contest of the season.
Both games will be streamed on ESPN+.
