NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware women's golf senior Alisa Khokhlova has earned all-conference honors for the second-straight season. Khokhlova was named to the All-CAA Second Team, when the league announced its postseason awards on Friday. The All-CAA Teams were selected by way of a vote from the conference's 10 head coaches.
Khokhlova, who was an All-CAA First Team selection as a junior, led the Blue Hens with a 74.00 stroke average this season while playing in all 10 tournaments and 28 rounds. She earned two CAA Women's Golfer of the Week honors and tied for the team lead with three top-10 finishes while recording three rounds at even par and a team-high seven rounds shooting under par.
The senior tied for the CAA lead with two individual wins on the season, giving her three for her career. Khokhlova successfully defended her title at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational in October, winning Delaware's home tournament with a three-round score of 5-under par, tying for the fifth-best 54-hole score in program history. She turned in a career-low 66 with seven birdies in second round. Khokhlova closed out the regular season with another win at the Terrapin Invitational, carding a 2-under par over the three rounds.
The Blue Hens finished a stellar 2024-25 season that saw the team win two tournaments in the fall, including their own Lady Blue Hen Invitational and the season-opening Badger Invitational. Overall, Delaware had six top-five finishes in 10 tournaments.
