Rowing's Varsity Eight Earns CAA Boat of the Week for Second Time

RICHMOND, Va. – University of Delaware's Varsity Eight earned CAA Boat of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced Tuesday.
At the Ford Lake Cup, the Varsity Eight bested Eastern Michigan, High Point, and West Virginia in the first round before taking down UMass, Temple, Bucknell, Eastern Michigan, and High Point in the final race. The boat featured Grace Phillips (coxswain), Cornelia Meiss, Meaghan Leahy, Sarah Donaldson, Maya McCottry, Amari Randall, Ava Tine, Tynneqa Jefferies, and Corinne Carlson.
