Women's Basketball Clinches Spot in 2026 Air National Guard Conference USA Basketball Championship

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware women's basketball team has clinched a spot in the 2026 Air National Guard Conference USA Basketball Championship.
Delaware will be the No. 8 seed in its first season in Conference USA. The Fightin' Blue Hens will take on the No. 9 seed Kennesaw State in the first round on Tuesday, March 10 at 12:30 p.m. ET and the game will air on ESPN+.
UD won the lone matchup with the Owls earlier this season, the first meeting all time, winning 65-60 on the road in overtime.
