DALLAS – The University of Delaware men's golf junior Arsit Areephun has been named to the All-Conference USA (CUSA) Second Team, when the league office announced its postseason awards on Friday. It is Areephun's first-career postseason accolade. The all-conference teams were selected by a vote of the league's head coaches.
Areephun led the Fightin' Blue Hens this season with a 71.13 stroke average, the third-best in a single season in program history. He was a three-time CUSA Men's Golfer of the Week and finished under par in seven of his 10 tournaments. Overall, Areephun finished at or under par in 19 of his 30 total rounds and had four top-10 finishes. The junior won his first collegiate tournament in the fall, firing a 7-under par 209 to win the inaugural Blue Hen Intercollegiate by three strokes and register Delaware's first individual victory in five years. Earlier this month, Areephun finished second at the 2026 PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship for the second-straight season.
Delaware wrapped up the 2026-27 season with four top-five finishes as a team, winning the inaugural Blue Hen Intercollegiate back in the fall with a team score of 3-under par. Individually, the Blue Hens recorded 11 top-10 finishes and had 51 total rounds at even or under par.
