AT DELAWARE
Earned three letters during her Blue Hen career • ended her career ranked fourth in UD history with 40 stolen bases • appeared in 118 games while making 94 starts • batted .310 with 86 hits, 63 runs scored and 21 RBI.
2016 SEASON (GAME BY GAME)
Named second team All-CAA • appeared in the first 43 games of the season while making 41 starts before suffering a season-ending hand injury • tied for fourth in the conference with 18 stolen bases and ranked 15th with a .331 batting average • ranked sixth in a UD single season with 18 steals and eighth with 33 runs scored • was third on the Blue Hens with 12 multi-hit games • hit safely in 13 of 15 contests from Mar. 25 through Apr. 17 • posted three-hit games against Morgan State and Delaware State • went 2 for 4 with two RBI and two runs scored in the final win over Drexel • had two doubles, an RBI and a run scored at sixth-ranked James Madison • recorded triples against Drexel and Hofstra • crossed the plate three times vs. Drexel, Delaware State and UNCW.
2015 SEASON
Sat out the season as a redshirt after suffering a foot injury.
2014 SEASON
Saw action in 28 games and started 25, all in centerfield, during her sophomore campaign • tied for the team lead with 12 stolen bases, tied for the eighth most in a UD single season • also ranked third on the Blue Hens with a .314 batting average and tied for third with 16 runs scored • posted a seven-game hitting streak from Mar. 1 through Mar. 15 • had two hits in both ends of a doubleheader sweep at Lafayette, knocking home two runs in the opener and scoring a run in the nightcap • also was 2 for 3 with a run scored at Towson • finished 2 for 3 with a walk and two stolen bases vs. Saint Peter’s • had two hits and scored a run during the regular season finale at James Madison.
2013 SEASON
Appeared in 47 games while making 28 starts as a freshman • batted .279 on the year with 24 hits and 14 runs scored • tied for the team lead with 10 stolen bases • went 3 for 3 with a double, two stolen bases and a run scored during the 2-1 win over Hampton • had two hits in consecutive home games against Hartford and St. Francis (Pa.) • finished 2 for 3 with two steals and three runs scored in the 5-1 triumph over La Salle • delivered a game-winning two-run double in the 4-3 win over Lafayette • named CAA Co-Rookie of the Week on Mar. 12.
HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the softball team at Red Bank Catholic High School • named first team All-Shore and first team All-County as a junior and senior • helped lead Red Bank Catholic to the 2008 Shore Championship and to the Division Championship in 2009 and 2010.

Gabrielle E. “Gabby” Klecko • born Oct. 5, 1993 • daughter of Joe and Deborah Klecko • has brothers Mike, Dan and Josh, and a sister, Kate • father played 11 seasons for the New York Jets, has his jersey retired by the team, and is a member of the New York Jets Ring of Honor • he was named the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1981 • Dan played seven seasons in the NFL for the New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles, and was a member of three Super Bowl winning teams • health behavior science major at Delaware with a minors in nutrition • served as a marketing intern over the summer.
