Prior to UD, Cucinotta spent three years at Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications from 2022-24 and the Associate Director from 2024-25. During her time in Glenside, Cucinotta helped elevate the Knights' social media content to new heights, generating content that has vaulted the social media towards the top of the Middle Atlantic Conference. In addition to creating in-game and engaging social media content, Cucinotta oversaw scoring areas, monitored student workers, and assisted with department initiatives such as the Awards Banquet and Hall of Fame ceremony. In 2024 Cucinotta planned and executed the Finals Countdown, a charity staff and faculty basketball game that generated over $700 for Montgomery County Rotary Special Athletes. For her efforts, Cucinotta was awarded the 2024 Athletics Service Award by the department.
Before Arcadia, Cucinotta spent two summers as a Mentor and Social Media Lead for Beyond Sports Tours in Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica. While with Beyond Sports, Cucinotta was the primary social media content creator, recorded footage, took photos and edited recap videos for each of the six 10-day sessions, while also leading leadership workshops and service learning activities.
Cucinotta graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina Wesleyan with a degree in Communications and Cinema Media Studies in 2021. While at North Carolina Wesleyan, Cucinotta was a four-year captain and MVP of the Battling Bishops women’s lacrosse program, earning three All-USA South Conference selections and was named the Student-Athlete of the Year in 2021. Cucinotta also served as a manager and videographer for the women’s basketball program, where she shot, edited, and produced highlight and promotional videos.
