Karolina Flores rejoined Delaware's coaching staff in August 2026, having previously served as a graduate manager in 2022 after a three-year playing career with the Blue Hens.

Flores hit .341/.448/.587 with 12 home runs, 22 doubles, and 59 RBIs in 93 games with Delaware, hitting .356/.443/.778 with nine home runs in 33 games in 2021. Her career batting average (seventh), on base percentage (second), slugging percentage (fifth), and OPS (fourth) all ranked in the top 10 in program history.

Prior to Delaware, Flores spent two seasons at Lynn University under coaches Amy Bellisari and Jill Moore. She was a career .313/.395/.514 hitter with the Fighting Knights in 96 games with 10 home runs, 21 doubles, 92 hits, and 51 RBIs. As a freshman, she was a First Team All-Sunshine State Conference selection.
