D'Nay Daniels joined the Blue Hens as the director of women's basketball operations ahead of the 2022-23 season after spending one year at Delaware State University and just concluded her third season with the Blue Hens this past 2024-25 campaign.
Prior to that, Daniels served as an assistant coach at Northeastern for two years, a graduate assistant from 2017-19 at Memphis, and was a three-year head coach of the varsity girls' basketball team at Freedom High School in Orlando, Florida. A four-year starter and letterwinner at UCF, Daniels led the Knights to a pair of NCAA tournament appearances courtesy of their 2009 and 2011 Conference USA titles. The two-time recipient of the team's Most Valuable Player award (2010, 2011) earned All-Conference USA Second Team honors during her senior campaign in addition to garnering a spot on the 2011 Conference USA All-Tournament Team.
Daniels graduated with a bachelor's degree from UCF in May 2011 and a master's from Memphis in 2019.
