Competed in six races for the Blue Hens...kicked off the season with a personal-best time of 16:01.7 for a 12th-place finish in Towson Invitational 4K race...ran the 6K course in 23:10.9 for 30th place at the James Madison University Invite...placed third with a time of 24:07.8 at Delaware Invitational 6K course...finished the 6K race in 22:19.0 at Lehigh Paul Short Run...clocked 23:46.4 at Pre-National Invitational 6K race...personal-best time of 21:59.9 to finish 28th at the 6K course of the CAA Championships

2018 SEASON
Ran in five races for the Blue Hens...opened the season by setting a personal best in the 3.11M for a 12th place finish at Adelphi Panthers Invitational...14th with a time of 24:40.4 in the 6K race at the Delaware Invitational...finished the 6K race in 23:19.5 at Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational Presented by Under Armour...clocked 23:56.5 in the Blue and Gold Invitational 6K race for a third-place finish...set a personal-best time of 22:29.5 in the 3.73M race at CAA Championships

2017 SEASON
Competed in five races during her rookie campaign for the Blue Hens...debuted at Lehigh Invitational, finishing the 6K race in 23:20.8...placed 16th in the 6K race in 25:13.1 at Delaware Invitational...finished Paul Short Open 6K in 23:10.7...took sixth in a time of 24:25.2 in UD Blue & Gold Classic 6K course...earned a top-50 finish in the 6K race (23:20.6) at CAA Championships

Spent all four years at Milford High School • played varsity field hockey and soccer from 2013-2017 • 1st team All-Conference in soccer for the 2014 season • 2nd team All-Conference in soccer for the 2016 season • ran track & field and cross country from 2013-2017 • named captain of the indoor track & field team from 2013-2014 • 1st team All-Conference in cross country for the 2015 and 2016 seasons • 2nd team All-Conference in track & field for the 3200m and 1600m race in the 2016 season • 1st team All-Conference in track & field for the 3200m race in 2017 • holds the school record for the 3200m race with a time of 11:27 • is top 20 in the school for the 5k race with a time of 19:26 • made the Academic All-Conference team for cross country and field hockey in 2015 • member of the honor roll all four years • National Honor Society member.
