Took part in the first three meets of the season • top finishe was a 49th place showing at the Towson Invitational • also placed 64th at the Mt. St. Mary's Duals and 67th at the Delaware Invitational.

2012 SEASON
Finished 25th at the Delaware Invitational in 25:50 and 45th at the Lehigh Invitational in 25:06 as a sophomore.

2011 SEASON
Competed in five meets for Delaware as a freshman • best finish was 26th in 26:04 at the Blue & Gold Invitational • finished 44th in 20:45 at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational and 58th at the Delaware Invitational in 26:07.

Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Morgan State Legacy Meet • posted a season-best time of 12:00.51 in the steeplechase at the Towson Invitational • ran the 5,000 meters in 19:04.77 at the VCU Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL
Member of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams at Branford High School • also was a member of the swimming team for one year • four-year varsity athlete with the track teams and three years with the cross country team • earned All-Oronoque honors in all three sports • named MVP of cross country team in 2008 and 2010, and MVP of the indoor track team in 2011 • member of National Honor Society • earned high honors • sophomore class secretary and student council secretary • Model Congress President.
