Ray Bodley High School • three-sport athlete • four-year starter at center midfield for head coach George Beckwith in soccer • team captain • two-time member of All-CNY team and a four-time all-conference player • had 21 goals and 21 assists in career • two-year starting point guard in basketball for head coach Derek Lyons • two-time all-league selection • team captain • member of track & field team and ran sprints for head coach Gary Lagrou • state qualifier in 100m and 200m sprint events • suffered injury during senior year of women’s soccer season that forced her to miss part of the year and all of basketball season • National Honor Society member • H.O.P.E Club member • played for WNY Flash and NYW ODP Club teams • both teams won regional titles and ODP team was ranked No. 3 nationally • named to ODP All-Region team • WNY Flash won five state cups • 2015 Disney Showcase TopDrawer Soccer Day Top 11 selection.

Sydney Janine “Syd” Gilmore • born March 15, 1999 in Bay City, Texas • daughter of Dan and Natalie Gilmore • father attended Kent State University and earned master’s degree at SUNY Cortland • mother is a graduate of SUNY Oswego • has two younger sisters • enjoys watching soccer and the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) • plans to major in biology and minor in Spanish at Delaware • enjoys basketball and track in her spare time.
