Shaffer was named CAA Co-Player of the Week and to the Louisville Slugger NFCA Weekly Honor Roll after she hit .438/.591/1.375 with five home runs, five walks, and six runs scored. She hit two home runs in game two of a doubleheader against Rider on Tuesday and then hit two on the road against Hofstra on Friday. She also went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, two runs scored, and a walk against Hofstra on Sunday, with her home run going for her 100th career hit.
