Blue Hen Rowers Garner Two Top-15 Finishes at Head of the Schuylkill Regatta

PHLADELPHIA, Pa. - The University of Delaware rowing team competed in its third regatta of the 2013 fall season Saturday, Oct. 26 as the Blue Hens participated in the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta.
For the Blue Hens, Saturday's regatta was highlighted by Delaware's College/Club 8+ 'A' crew that finished 9th of 39 squads with a time of 17:02.53. Also in the College/Club 8+, Delaware's 'B' crew finished 21s overall with a time 17:40.99.
Delaware's Collegiate/Open 4+ and V8 crews also participated in the Head of Schuylkill Regatta. The Collegiate/Open 4+ finished 21st (18:35.92) while the V8 placed 13th in the College/Open 8+ event (17:00.84).
