STORYLINES
• Delaware faces its second high major conference opponent in a row against 17th-ranked Villanova.
• The Wildcats have won all 13 previous meetings with Delaware, including victories in each of the past six seasons. Villanova is 10-0 against the Blue Hens in The Pavilion.
• Delaware is 0-31 all-time vs. teams ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll.
• The Blue Hens fell at Boston College, 69-61, Saturday at Conte Forum. Kory Holden scored a career-high 35 points, surpassing his previous best by eight points. Holden was named the CAA Co-Player of the Week on Monday for his efforts.
• Cazmon Hayes added 17 points and eight rebounds, while Marvin King-Davis contributed seven points and Skye Johnson tied his career-high with eight rebounds.
• Holden (22) and Hayes (13) combined for all 35 of Delaware's first half points.
• The Blue Hens held a 42-34 rebounding advantage over the Eagles, including 13-2 on the offensive glass. Delaware, which has won the rebounding battle in all but one game this year, currently leads the CAA and ranks 27th in Division I with a +8.6 rebounding margin.
• Following tonight's game Delaware will take a week off for the holidays, prior to facing Buffalo next Tuesday in its final non-conference game of the season. The Blue Hens will play three games in a five-day stretch next week, opening up CAA play vs. Hofstra and James Madison following the road game with the Bulls.
