All-Time Series: Delaware leads the all-time series by a 13-1 margin, having won the first 13 meetings before Saint Joseph's posted a 12-9 win here at Delaware Stadium last year...the series began in 2000...Delaware is 5-1 all-time in games in Newark...in last year's game, Delaware scored four straight goals to wipe out a three-goal deficit in the second half, but the Hawks tallied the final four goals of the game to down UD for the first time ever...Anthony Joaquim led SJU with three goals while Dan Keane had three goals and Beau Jones four assists for Delaware.

STORYLINES
• The Blue Hens take on former Colonial Athletic Association rival Saint Joseph's in the nightcap of the men's/women's doubleheader. The UD women will host George Washington in the opener at 12 noon.
• The Blue Hens (4-5) are coming off a 12-5 win over Manhattan on Wednesday while Saint Joseph's (3-5) has lost two straight one-goal games, including a 15-14 setback at #7 Virginia (Mar. 10) and a 9-8 loss in overtime to Michigan (Mar. 14).
• Saturday is Cancer Awareness Day at Delaware Stadium and the Blue Hens will wear pink uniforms in honor of the event. The team produced special pink t-shirts (designed by junior John O'Connor) that will be distributed today with some of the proceeds going towards cancer research.
• In addition, at halftime, Delaware will honor members of the 1970-1971 Middle Atlantic Conference championship teams who have gathered for a reunion. UD will also honor the memory of former player Lee Levis and former UD student Gary Celeste for whom UD scholarships are named. Expected back from the 1971 team are: Reagan Beck, Larry Brown, Bill Cain, Dan Carnevale, Mark Donald, Chuck Dvorak, Joe Lee, Scott Levis, Stretch Levis, Mary Levis (representing her late husband, Lee Levis), John Miller, Steve Mockbee, Steve Radebaugh, Rob Schroeder, and Skip Shiflett.
• Delaware snapped a two-game losing streak Wednesday as the Hens jumped out to a 10-1 halftime lead and cruised to the victory over winless Manhattan. Beau Jones led the Hens with a career-high four goals and dished out an assist while Brian Kormondy had two goals and two assists, Tom Holland had two goals, Jackson Finigan dished out three assists, and Brett Anton made 10 saves.
• The Hawks, now a member of the Northeast Conference, own wins over High Point (12-11), VMI (11-3), and Monmouth (9-2) and losses to Richmond (9-5), Penn (11-10 in OT), Drexel (11-7), Virginia, and Michigan.

Bob Shillinglaw• UD senior faceoff specialist Tyler Barbarich needs just two groundballs to reach 200 (No. 14 all-time at UD) and six faceoff victories to reach 400 (No. 5 all-time at Delaware) for his career.
• Senior defender Brandon Worrall's 44 career caused turnovers ranks No. 3 all-time at UD, four shy of No. 2 (48 by Dom Sebastiani, 2009-13).
• UD leads the CAA in man-down defense (.692/No. 16 in NCAA), GK Brett Anton ranks No. 25 in the NCAA in GAA (9.44), and Beau Jones ranks No. 2 in the CAA in shot pct. (.419).
• Saint Joseph's went 11-4 last year and lost 10-9 to Hobart in the NEC championship game. SJU ranks No. 2 in the NCAA in man-down defense (.846), No. 20 in scoring defense (8.88 goals per game), and No. 21 in turnovers (13.00 tpg). Michael Rastivo leads the NEC in goals per game (2.25).
