Grace Chua Ties For Second in Women's Individual Field at PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Championship

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – University of Delaware sophomore Grace Chua finished in a tie for second place in the women's individual standings this weekend at the 29th PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Championship.
Chua, a native of White Rock, British Columbia (Semiahmoo Secondary School), carded a 73-75-77-225 at the PGA Golf Club, tying for second place in the field of 12 women's individuals. Tiana Jones of UMES captured her second consecutive title with a 223 score, while Chua and Cathleen Wong of Florida Gulf Coast tied for second place.
The 2015 edition of the Championship features 220 players representing 50 colleges and universities, 12 countries and two U.S. territories.
Chua's two sisters also competed in the event. Cheryl competed at Hampton University and Cherie is a member of the Texas Southern University squad.
