Blue Hen Men's Golfer Joe Visalli Finishes 21st at DSGA Amateur

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. -- Joe Visalli, a rising junior on the University of Delaware men's golf team, finished in 21st place at the Delaware State Golf Association Amateur Championship held this week at Heritage Shores Golf Club.
Visalli, a native of Dover, Del. (Caesar Rodney HS), carded a one under par 71 during Monday's round before firing a three over par 75 on Tuesday. He then fired rounds of 80 and 79 on Wednesday, finishing with a 17 over par 305.
Additionally, recent Blue Hen graduate Niño Rosal tied for seventh place at the tournament with a seven over par score of 295. Rosal was a four-year member of the Blue Hens from 2012-15 when he posted a career 77.43 average round, and currently sits on the UD Board of Trustees.
