Former UD Men's Golfer Kevin McLister Earns First Pro Victory at Mimosa Hills Open

MORGANTON, N.C. -- Former University of Delaware men's golfer Kevin McLister earned his first professional victory over the weekend by capturing the third annual Mimosa Hills Open on the eGolf Gateway Tour.

McLister, a 2011 UD graduate, fired a 20 under par 66-62-66-66-260 at the tournament, earning the first win of his four-year professional career.

McLister was a four-year member of the Blue Hens from 2007-11 and posted three tournament victories during his UD career. He currently ranks ninth in school history with a 76.08 average round and carded a pair of 66 rounds during his senior year, tied for the third lowest single rounds in Delaware history.
