Blue Hen Women's Golfer Grace Chua Named WGCA All-American Scholar

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- University of Delaware rising junior Grace Chua was named a Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar earlier this week.
Chua, a native of White Rock, British Columbia (Semiahmoo Secondary School), is an outstanding student who carries a 3.98 grade point average as a finance major. She was selected to the CAA Academic Honor Roll as a freshman, and represented Delaware on the CAA All-Academic Team this spring.
Chua competed in five tournaments for the Blue Hens during the 2014-15 season, averaging 82.20 shots per round. She carded her three lowest rounds at the North Florida Collegiate, firing a 77-78-79-234 to tie for 35th place at the invitational. Chua also posted a 79 during the second round of the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate, and following the season she tied for second place in the women's individual field at the PGA Minority Collegiate Golf Championship.
