• Delaware plays the first of three games in three days in Greensboro Monday in the UNCG Spartan Classic.
• The Blue Hens will take on UNCG and North Carolina Wesleyan at the Greensboro Coliseum, before facing Longwood at UNCG's Fleming Gymnasium.
• Delaware won its home opener for the third consecutive season by defeating local Division III opponent Wesley College, 93-78, Friday night at the Bob Carpenter Center. UD improved to 18-8 in its 26 Bob Carpenter Center openers.
• The Blue Hens posted a school record 72 points in the paint, and recorded their highest point total since Jan. 30, 2016.
• Delaware handed out 24 assists, the most since dishing out 26 vs. William & Mary on Feb. 1, 2003.
• The Blue Hens enjoyed a commanding 44-27 rebounding advantage over Wesley, their highest rebounding margin since a 46-26 edge over Delaware State on Dec. 2, 2016.
• Six UD players reached double figures for the fifth time in school history (seven Blue Hens have scored double digits twice). The last time the Blue Hens had six double figure scorers was during an 88-78 victory over Florida in the San Juan Shootout on Dec. 1, 1996.
• Delaware leads the all-time series with UNCG, 3-2, although the teams have not faced each other since 2006. The Spartans have won both matchups in Greensboro, with victories in 2001 and 2006.
