Bob Shillinglaw. “They have an excellent defense. I don't think this was our best game but what's good about it is that there are things we know we can get better at. It's there, we just have to find some consistency to compete in games like this. We walk away disappointed but this team is determined to get better.”

Despite the setback, Navy outshot the Hens by a mere 29-27 margin and the Hens committed one less turnovers (15 to 14) than the Mids. Navy did win 13 of 19 faceoffs and held a strong 30-17 margin in groundballs.
