Blue Hen Golf Team Members Volunteer at First Tee of Delaware Event

The First Tee of Delaware is a nonprofit youth development organization whose mission is to impact the lives of young people in the state by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development, life-enhancing values and healthy choices through the game of golf.
“It's always a great experience for our players to attend this event, working with young kids in our community and teaching them the basics about the game of golf,” said Keogh, currently in his 16th year leading the UD men's program.
“It means the world to us and our program for the UD players to participate in our programs,” said First Tee of Delaware Program Director Charma Bell. “Our kids are thrilled to interact with the players. They really are role models, and we are extremely grateful to be partnered with the University of Delaware golf programs.”
