Mueller Fires 68, Blue Hens Tied For Seventh After First Day of UNF Collegiate

Mueller and Jiwon Jeon of Daytona State are each tied for third place in the standings, behind only leader Sana Tufail of Old Dominion at four under par and Annelie Sjoholm of Campbell at two under par.
UD freshman Ariane Klotz is tied for 13th place with a five over par 76-73-148, while sophomore Ashley Dingman carded an 11 over par 78-77-155 to end the day in a tie for 42nd place. Senior Vitoria Teixeira is tied for 46th place after she fired a 12 over par 77-79-156 on Monday, while classmate Grace Chua shot a 21 over par 83-82-165 and is tied for 79th place.
Playing as an individual, freshman Josefina Fernandez-Davila is tied for 28th place with her eight over par score of 76-76-152.
Delaware carded team rounds of 307 and 297 on Monday, ending the day tied for seventh place out of 16 teams along with the College of Charleston. Memphis and Old Dominion are tied for the lead with 596 scores, while Campbell is two shots back.
The third and final round of the tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
