Blue Hens Enjoy Success at Knecht Cup

WEST WINDSOR, N.J. -- The University of Delaware rowing team competed extremely well this weekend at the Knecht Cup at Mercer Lake.
The Blue Hens Varsity Fours crew finished fifth in the Petite Final (7:50.84) while Delaware Second Varsity Fours boats finished second (7:44.67) and fifth (7:58.35) respectively.
The Hens Third Varsity Eights squad finished fourth (7:19.63) overall while the Second Varsity Eights cre finished fifth (7:09.57) in the Petite Finals.
UD's First Varsity Eights boat finished second (6:56.84) in the Third Final.
Delaware will return to action at the George Mason Invitational on April 23.
