Blue Hens Release 2019 Schedule

NEWARK, Del. – First-year head coach Amy Altig announced Tuesday the schedule for her 2020 Delaware women's lacrosse squad.
The Blue Hens will kick off the season on the road before hosting four of the next five contests on their home turf at Delaware Stadium. In total, the schedule features six home dates and 10 road games. The Hens will also face three 2019 NCAA Tournament teams in Georgetown, Penn and James Madison.
Delaware returns 29 letter winners from a season ago while welcoming seven newcomers to the squad for 2020.
Altig was named the seventh coach in University of Delaware women's lacrosse program history on June 3, 2019. She comes to Newark following nine seasons at Penn State University, where she spent time as an assistant coach and most recently as the program's associate head coach.
Season tickets will go on sale in January through the Delaware Ticket Office.
