Blue Hens Split Saturday Series with Drexel

PHILADELPHIA – The Delaware rowing team was victorious in 2-of-4 races Saturday morning on the Schuylkill, splitting the event with Drexel.

The Second and Third Varsity-8 boats were victorious in their races, with the 3V8 clocking in with a time out 6:44.1 and the 2V8 with a time of 6:36.4.

Both the 4V8 and the V8 fell in close bouts, with the V8 racing a time of 6:28.9 and the 4V8 clocking in at 7:04.3.

The Blue Hens are back on the water April 9 when they take on Villanova.
