GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Roberto Nieves is tied for second place among individuals following Monday's round at the Loyola Intercollegiate.

Nieves, who recorded six birdies on the day, fired his second consecutive 68 on the par 72, 7,015-yard Palm Valley Golf Club course. Kevin Jegers of Middle Tennessee State is the tournament leader at nine under par, while Nieves is one shot back at eight under.

Sparky Ariyachatvakin is tied for 15th place with a two under par 67-75=142 while Egor Zubov, playing as an individual, is tied for 19th place with a one under par 70-73=143.

Hugo Kedzlie is tied for 27th place with an even par 73-71=144, Owen Manchester is tied for 50th place with a three over par 72-75=147, and Michal Bargenda is tied for 68th place with a six over par 75-75=150.

Delaware recorded a 289 team score on Monday and sits in fourth place out of 18 squads with a 569 total. Middle Tennessee State leads the field with a 558 score, while Utah Valley is four shots back.

The final round of the tournament will begin at 7:45 a.m. MT on Tuesday.
