WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The Blue Hens are making their seventh appearance in the CAA Tournament Semifinals. Delaware is 1-5 in CAA Semifinal appearances, with its only victory coming in 2014 when the Blue Hens won the conference title.
• Delaware is making its third CAA Tournament Semifinal appearance in the last four years. The Blue Hens lost to top-ranked Hofstra in both 2019 and 2020.
• A win tonight would give Delaware its eighth appearance in a conference tournament championship game. The Blue Hens won league titles in 1992, 1993, 1998, 1999 and 2014, and lost in the final in 1999 and 2000.
• Delaware is 0-6 against No. 1 seeds in the CAA Tournament.
• The Blue Hens recorded the ninth 20-win season in program history with Sunday's 66-56 quarterfinal win over Drexel.
• Jyare Davis finished with team-highs of 17 points and 10 rebounds, reaching double figures for the 11th straight game and recording his third double-double of the year.
• Andrew Carr added 13 points, while Jameer Nelson Jr. contributed 11 on the day. Ryan Allen, who scored nine points, surpassed the 1,800-point mark for his career.
• Delaware is 6-2 against Towson in the postseason, and has won the last six postseason meetings. Tonight's game is the first postseason meeting between the schools since 2012.
• Towson swept the regular season series this year and has won 10 of the last 12 meetings.
