» The Blue Hens (3-9, 0-2 CAA) fell to Hofstra, 16-11, in Delaware Stadium Wednesday. Delaware's offense was led by Lizzie Yurchak (3g, 1a) who earned her fourth career hat trick.

» Riley Gillin leads the Blue Hens with 31 points (12g, 19a) while Delaney McDaniel ranks second on the team with 30 points (9g, 21a). McDaniel is second in the CAA in assists per game (1.75) while Gillin is third in assists per game (1.58). Goalkeeper Mercy McCarthy has made nine starts and holds a .404 save percentage.

» William & Mary (4-8, 0-2 CAA) is coming off a 21-10 loss against Drexel, Saturday. Serena Jacobs led the way with four goals while Sam Van Gieson added two goals.

» The Tribe's Belle Martire leads the squad with 48 points (34 g, 14a) while Jacobs stands second on the team with 23 points (14g, 9a). Martire is third in the league in goals per game (2.83), sixth in assists per game (1.17) and second in points per game (4.00). Goalkeeper Elise Palmer has started in all 12 games and holds a .409 save percentage.

» Wednesday marks the 26th all-time meeting between the teams with the Blue Hens holding a 13-12 all-time record against the Tribe and a 11-9 record against them in CAA games. In the team's last meeting in 2019, William & Mary defeated Delaware, 12-11, in Williamsburg, Va., snapping a seven-game winning streak for the Blue Hens.
