Smith Named CAA Rookie of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – University of Delaware men's soccer defender Sean Smith has been named the CAA Rookie of the Week after his performance against UNCW, the league announced Monday.
The freshman from Robbinsville, N.J., led the Hens' defense in the scoreless draw against the Seahawks on Saturday. Smith saw the field for all 90 minutes and put on a strong defensive performance that contributed to the conference point Delaware earned.
The Blue Hens are currently ranked fifth with a conference record of 2-2-3 and have just one CAA matchup remaining.
