Rowing Finishes Third in CAA Championships

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Delaware rowing finished third in the CAA Championships with 29 points on Friday, May. 12.
Delaware improves their finish from a year ago, where they finished fourth in the CAA Championships. Northeastern was crowned the conference champion for the 10th year in a row. Drexel finished in second.
Delaware athlete's Julia Rothstein and Cornella Meiss were named to the All-CAA team following the conclusion of the championships. For Rothstein, this is her second appearance on the All-CAA team, while Meiss earns her first nod.
In the third varsity eight finals, the Blue Hens placed third overall with a time of 8:01.23 c- Kiah Beachler 8- Meghan Rogers 7- Rachel Henry 6- Maya Ferrer 5- Makana Steinmetz 4- Sarah Donaldson 3- Madeline Climie 2- Julia Moller 1- Maddy Singh.
In the varsity four finals, the Blue Hens took fourth place with a time of 8:47.02 c- Amina Mai 4- Grace Visser 3- Olivia Hollingsworth 2- Maria Dupnock 1- Sophia Talley
