Women's Basketball Closes Regular Season Slate Against UNCW Thursday, Charleston Saturday

WILMINGTON, N.C. | CHARLESTON, S.C. – With two games left in the regular season and Delaware will finish out the season on the road, looking to take over the Carolinas. First, the Blue Hens will head to Wilmington, N.C. for a CAA Thursday night battle against UNCW inside Trask Coliseum. Then, the Blue Hens will head to Charleston, S.C. to face Charleston Saturday afternoon inside TD Arena to close out the 2023-24 regular season campaign.
Thursday's tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. while Saturday's is slated for a 2 p.m. tip with both games being broadcast live simultaneously on FloHoops. Delaware currently sits tied for ninth place with Elon in the conference standings.

- This will be the 47th all-time meeting, the 40th meeting in conference play and the second time head coaches Sarah Jenkins and Nicole Woods will be meeting since taking the reigns of their respective programs.
- Delaware holds the 36-10 record while sporting an 11-6 mark in Wilmington. The Blue Hens have won eight of the last 10 matchups and currently are on an eight-game winning streak against the Seahawks.
- The Blue Hens will look to sweep the regular season meeting against the Seahawks while UNCW will look to stop its five-game skid.
- The last time Delaware and UNCW met was in Newark where the Blue Hens ran away with a commanding 73-35 home win over the Seahawks on Feb. 23, 2024.
