Former Throws Athlete Sarah Hillman Inducted into Delaware Track & Field Hall of Fame

NEWARK, Del. - Former University of Delaware track & field throws athlete Sarah Klein (Hillman) was inducted into the Delaware track & field hall of fame on November 23 at the DuPont Country Club.
Hillman was a member of the Fightin' Blue Hens track & field team from 2014-2018 and was one of the best throws athletes in program history.
In 2017, she was named Colonial Athletic Association's most outstanding meet performer in field events, and was the CAA outdoor discus throw champion at 56.06 meters.
She still currently holds the program record in the indoor shot put (15.44 meters), as well as the outdoor discus throw (56.75 meters).
Hillman was one of six athletes who were inducted into the hall of fame last weekend.
