OUTDOOR: Opened the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational place sixth in the hammer throw (48.98m) and the discus throw (38.10m)...tossed 52.52m (21st) in the hammer throw at Raleigh Relays...captured sixth place in the hammer throw (48.19m 158' 1") and 10th place in the discus (38.72m 127' 0") at the Mason Spring Invitational...finished in eighth place in the hammer (53.55m 175' 8") at the Larry Ellis Invite...placed 19th in the hammer (50.80m 166' 8") at the Virginia Challenge...set a personal-best mark of 43.13m 141' 6" to finish in second place at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational...finished in eighth place in the hammer (51.80m 169' 11") at the 2022 CAA Outdoor Championships

OUTDOOR: Opened the season at the UVA Opener by placing second in the hammer throw (49.25m)...finished in fifth in the hammer throw (51.80m) and the discus throw (39.66m) ath the Towson Invitational...won the hammer throw with a personal best toss of 54.63m and placed third in the discus throw (40.06m) at Temple Invitational...finished sixth in the hammer throw (47.77m) and seventh in the discus throw (39.53m) at JMU Invitational...won the hammer throw (54.61m) and finished in sixth in the discus throw (41.45m) at Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational...finished in sixth place in the hammer throw (49.19m) and 16th in the discus throw (38.29m) at the CAA Track & Field Championships...closed out the season at IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a seventh-place finish in the hammer throw (54.08m)
