Blue Hens Announce Seven-Game Basketball Television Package

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware has announced a seven-game basketball package to be showcased on television partner channels during the upcoming 2019-20 Colonial Athletic Association schedule.
For the third straight year Delaware Athletics has secured agreements with regional affiliates NBC Sports Philadelphia, NBC Sports Washington, and SportsNet New York (SNY) to produce live broadcasts during the upcoming regular season. These agreements will place Delaware basketball into the homes of over 20 million viewers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
The Blue Hen men's team will be televised during home games vs. UNCW on Dec. 28, Elon on Jan. 18, Drexel on Feb. 1, and James Madison on Feb. 8. The women will be televised during home games against Towson on Feb. 2, Drexel on Feb. 16, and UNCW on Mar. 7.
NBC Sports Philadelphia and Washington reach over six million viewers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and Delaware. SNY reaches 12 million viewers throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and northeastern Pennsylvania.
Additionally, the Delaware men's team will appear on ESPN2 vs. Villanova on Dec. 14, on NBC Sports Philadelphia+ at Drexel on Jan. 3, and on CBS Sports Network at Hofstra on Jan. 23, vs. Towson on Feb. 6, and at Charleston on Feb. 27.
The UD women's matchup at Drexel on Jan. 19 will also be broadcast by NBC Sports Philadelphia+.
All Delaware men's and women's home games, as well as all CAA road games, except for the three men's games on CBS Sports Network, will also be streamed live on FloHoops.
Delaware men's and women's basketball season, group, mini-plan packages and individual game tickets are currently on sale at www.bluehens.com. Season tickets start at $89 for women's games, $109 for men's games and $139 for the combo package.
