Ariyachatvakin Tied For Third After First Day of Bash at the Beach

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Sparky Ariyachatvakin is tied for third place among individuals following Monday's opening two rounds of the Bash at the Beach Tournament.

Ariyachatvakin fired five birdies during both of his rounds on par 71, 6,711-yard Surf Golf & Beach Club course to finish the day with a six under par 67-69=136.

Ryan Marter of Appalachian State leads the field at nine under par, Lukas Gabura of LIU sits at seven under par, and Ariyachatvakin is one of four players at six under.

Roberto Nieves is tied for 40th place with a one over par 70-73=143, while Michal Bargenda is tied for 42nd place with a two over par 72-72=144.

Egor Zubov, who carded a 73-75=148 on the day, and Jack Halleron, who recorded a 72-76=148 while playing as an individual, are both tied for 62nd place at six over par. Hugo Kedzlie sits in a tie for 80th place with an 11 over par 81-72=153.

Delaware posted team rounds of 282 and 286 and is seventh out of 15 squads with a 568 score.

The final round of the tournament will take place on Tuesday.
