» The Blue Hens (2-6) fell to Saint Joseph's, 19-8, in Delaware Stadium, Saturday. Delaware's offense was led by Kendra Schweizer (2g) and Riley Gillin (3a). The Blue Hens had seven different goal scorers in the loss.

» Gillin leads the Blue Hens with 18 points (7g, 11a) while Delaney McDaniel ranks second on the team with 17 points (5g, 12a). Goalkeeper Mercy McCarthy has started in five of the eight games and holds a .434 save percentage.

» UMBC (5-3) is coming off a 25-15 win against Robert Morris, Saturday. Claire Bockstie led the way with eight goals and two assists while Dymin Gerow tallied seven goals.

» UMBC's Bockstie leads the squad with 47 points (37 g, 10a) while Gerow stands second on the team with 38 points (30g, 8a). Goalkeeper Lexi Roberts has started in six of their eight games and has a .484 save percentage.

» Wednesday marks the 12th all-time meeting between the teams. It's been 10 years since the teams last met, with the Retrievers defeating the Blue Hens, 15-6, in Delaware Stadium in 2012.
