» Delaware is set for the two-day (Apr. 22-23) at the Virginia Challenge meet, hosted by UVA and then head to Baltimore, Md. to compete at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational, hosted by Johns Hopkins University on Saturday (Apr. 23)

» The last time the Blue Hens hit the track was last weekend (Apr. 15-16) at the two-day Larry Ellis Invite meet, hosted by Princeton University. The Blue Hens trio of Tina Capparell, Susanna Weir and Jessica Harding led the way by rewriting the program's history books in their respective events.

»Capparell set a new school record in the 3000m steeplechase after running a personal best time of 10:31.97, which was good enough for fifth place at the invitational. Her mark sits second in the conference, 39th in the NCAA East Region and is a top 80 mark nationally. Capparell's impressive performance earned her CAA Track Athlete of the Week Honors on Tuesday.

» Weir ran a PR time of 4:31.48 in the 1500m (25th place), a time that now sits seventh in program history.

» Harding finished the 800m run in a new personal best time of 2:11.07 (12th place), which now sits in eighth place in UD history.
