Nate Darling Signs Two-Way Contract with Clippers

LOS ANGELES – Former Blue Hen Nate Darling signed a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers over the weekend. Darling is the only Blue Hen to have ever appeared in the NBA.
Darling has played this season for the LA's G-League affiliate, the Ontario Clippers. In 20 games this season, the Canadian tallied 21.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.0 steal per game. He's firing at a 46.4 percent clip, including 38.9 percent from long range.
Darling averaged 20.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game while shooting 45.9% from the field and 42.2% from deep in the 18-game Showcase Cup prior to the start of the G-League season.
