Men’s Basketball to Take on Brown in Opening Game of Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship

NASSAU, Bahamas – The University of Delaware men's basketball team will take on Brown at 1:30 p.m. in the opening game of the Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship, the tournament announced Thursday. All games of the championship will be available on FloHoops.
The event also confirmed UNC Greensboro as the final member of the field, joining Delaware, Brown, George Washington, Kansas City, Middle Tennessee, Ohio, and UIC.
Four games will be played during each of the three days of the event.
Action starts Friday, Nov. 24 with the following matchups:
UNC Greensboro vs. Kansas City – 11 a.m. ET
Brown vs. Delaware – 1:30 p.m.
Middle Tennessee vs. UIC – 4:30 p.m.
Ohio vs. George Washington – 7 p.m.
Game times for Saturday and Sunday will be the same with semifinal games on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday's championship game will tip at 7 p.m.

As part of Baha Mar Hoops, the resort annually welcomes more than 20 NCAA teams for a three-tournament, regular-season event each November as well as holds a summer league that offers NCAA teams exhibition games against international competition as part of a foreign tour.
The Nassau Championship is one of three events that make up Baha Mar Hoops taking place at the stunning Baha Mar resort during each Thanksgiving holiday. The largest regular-season event in the sport of college basketball, the 2023 gathering for Baha Mar Hoops features 22 NCAA Division I men's and women's basketball teams, competing in 26 games over 10 days. The Baha Mar Hoops Bahamas Championship (Nov. 17 and Nov. 19) crowns a winner among four high-major men's programs while the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship (Nov. 20 and Nov. 22) is a non-bracketed event featuring 10 of the top women's programs in the nation.
