Men’s Golf Announces 2024 Fall Schedule

NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware Men's Golf Head Coach Brendon Post has announced the men's golf schedule for the upcoming fall season. The Blue Hens will play in five tournaments in the first half of their schedule as they prepare for the 2025 CAA Championship in the spring.
The Blue & Gold will open the season at the Bryan National Collegiate (Sep. 8-10), hosted by UNCG. Delaware competed in the tournament last October and turned in a ninth-place finish.
The Blue Hens will travel back to North Carolina just a week later for Davidson's River Run Collegiate (Sep. 16-17). In last year's tournament, UD carded a 2-under par in the final round to tie for third in the 18-team field. Sparky Ariyachatvakin had two rounds under par to tie for sixth while Arsit Areephun and Egor Zubov both had top-20 finishes.
Delaware will participate in the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational (Sep. 30 – Oct. 1), hosted by West Virginia before making its first appearance at the Georgetown Invitational (Oct. 13-14) since the 2021-22 season when UD finished ninth behind a third-place showing from Roberto Nieves.
The fall portion of the schedule will close out when the Blue Hens travel north for the Nassau Intercollegiate (Oct. 21-22), hosted by LIU.
Delaware is coming off a strong 2023-24 season when it won its third CAA Championship in program history and advanced to the NCAA Championships for the third time. The Blue Hens finished sixth or better as a team in eight of their 11 tournaments during the 2023-24 season. Post was named the CAA Coach of the Year for the third time while Khokhlova earned an All-CAA First Team selection and Christina Carroll was given a nod to the second team.
