Camden, Pasha Earn Weekly Honors from CAA

RICHMOND, Va. – University of Delaware's John Camden and Izaiah Pasha have earned weekly honors from the CAA, the league announced Monday. Camden was tabbed CAA Men's Basketball Co-Player of the Week, while Pasha was named CAA Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week. The Blue Hens went 2-0 this past week with wins over Stony Brook and Elon to sit at 4-2 in the league.
Camden averaged 23.5 points and 6.0 rebounds per game while shooting 63.0 percent overall (17-of-27), 44.0 percent from long range (4-of-9), and 90.0 percent (9-of-10) from the line.
The highlight of the week was a 28-point performance in a pivotal win over Elon on Saturday as the senior went 9-of-11 from the field and tied his career mark of two blocks.
In Thursday's win over Stony Brook, Camden tallied 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds, nearing the second double-double of his career.
Pasha averaged 10.0 points and 4.5 rebounds, while shooting 46.7 percent overall to pick up his third weekly nod.
The rookie had a week high of 12 points and five rebounds in the win over Stony Brook and followed up with eight points and four rebounds in the win over Elon.
