GAME NOTES
- Kerwood threw the 19th no-hitter in program history. It's the third straight year a Delaware pitcher has thrown a no-hitter. Hess pitched one last season against Hofstra in April, and Emily Winburn pitched a no-hitter on May 5, 2023 - also against Hampton.Â

- Kerwood has thrown 15.1 consecutive scoreless innings, striking out 26 and allowing just two hits and one walk over that stretch. Â
- Delaware set a new program record for consecutive run rule victories with five, having defeated North Carolina A&T in five innings in all three games last weekend and then beating Villanova in six innings on Tuesday before its five-inning win in game one. The previous record for consecutive run rule victories for Delaware was four set in March of this season against Drexel and Coppin State.Â
- Since Hampton joined the CAA, Delaware is 5-0 against the Pirates and have outscored them 34-3.Â

- Hess has gone 4-0 over her last five games, and has given up just one earned run over her last 30 innings pitched.Â
- Scheivert had multiple hits in three-straight games, and went 4-for-7 with three extra base hits in the doubleheader.Â
- Gallucci also has multiple hits in three-straight games, and is 6-for-8 with six runs scored and four RBIs over that stretch.Â
- Diomede's career-best eight-game hit streak was snapped in game two. Â
