GAME NOTES
- Delaware's shutout was its third of the season. It's the first time UD shut out two different opponents on the same day since March 7, 2020 against UMBC and Norfolk State.Â
- UD's three home runs against Le Moyne were a season-high. Delaware hit three home runs in a game six times last season.Â
- Gallucci's two home runs and six RBIs were a career high. The six RBIs are tied for the third most in a single game in program history. It's the 14th game in program history that a Delaware player recorded at least six RBIs, and the first since Shaffer last season against Towson on May 1.Â
- Gallucci's six RBIs also equal a season-high for a game by a Conference USA player this season.Â
- Crossman pitched her second shutout of the season and fourth of her career. Over her last six appearances, she has pitched to a 1.58 ERA in 35.1 innings with 29 strikeouts and just 15 hits allowed.Â
- Challburg's shutout was the first of her career. It's the second-straight season a Delaware freshman has thrown a shutout as Crossman pitched two last year.Â
- Scheivert hit .571/.625/.929 (8-for-14) during the Blue Hen Invitational.Â
- Scheivert's home run was the second leadoff home run of her career, also done against Stony Brook on March 14, 2025 which also came on the first pitch.Â
- Scheivert's three extra base hits against Bryant were a career high.Â
- Scheivert is now up to 174 career hits, 31 doubles, and 113 runs scored. She is 11th in program history in hits, 12th in doubles, and sixth in runs scored.Â
- Nankivell hit .600 (6-for-10) in the Blue Hen Invitational. Since Feb. 10, she is hitting .421/.450/.421 in 15 games with five multi-hit games.Â
- Costaro's home run was the 12th of her career and her first since coming back from injury before the conclusion of the 2025 season.Â
- Chapman's home run was the first of her career.Â
- Shaffer upped her career walk total to 92, one shy of tying Hanna Garber for most in program history.Â
