Women's Lacrosse Heads to Elon Saturday

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware women's lacrosse team travels south to Elon, N.C. fto take on the Phoenix. Both teams are competing for the final CAA Tournament spot with Stony Brook, Hofstra, and Drexel claiming three of the four spots.

ABOUT THE HENS

The Blue Hens are 9-5 and 2-4 in the CAA.
Delaware has won four of their seven road games.
Riley Gillin, Jaclyn Marszal, Delaney McDaniel, and Lizzie Hsu are responsible for 58-percent of the Hens' points.
UD is 22nd in the country in scoring defense, only giving up 9.57 goals per game.
Madison Hranicka is second in the country in caused turnovers and ground balls with 3.79 and 4.21 per contest, respectively.
